Admission Eligibility Criteria

ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY

B.E. / B.Tech. (Regular Entry)

Candidates should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) prescribed by the Government of Tamil Nadu with:

  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Chemistry (Academic Stream)

OR

Candidates should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination – Vocational Stream (Vocational Groups in Engineering / Technology) as prescribed by the Government of Tamil Nadu.

B.E. / B.Tech. (Lateral Entry)

Candidates who possess a Diploma in Engineering / Technology awarded by the State Board of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu or its equivalent are eligible for direct admission to the third semester of B.E. / B.Tech. (in the relevant branch).

OR

Candidates who hold a B.Sc. Degree (10+2+3 stream) with Mathematics as a subject at the B.Sc. level are eligible to apply for admission to the third semester.

Such candidates shall undergo two additional Engineering subjects in the 3rd & 4th semesters or 4th & 6th semesters, as prescribed by the respective Faculty.

M.E. / M.Tech.

Admission is based on entrance examination scores such as:

  • TANCET
  • CET
  • GATE

conducted by Anna University & the Consortium of Self-Financing Professional, Arts and Science Colleges, Tamil Nadu.

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Admission is based on entrance examination scores such as:

  • MAT
  • TANCET
  • CET

conducted by Anna University & the Consortium.

Master of Computer Applications (MCA – 2 Years)

Admission is based on TANCET / CET entrance scores conducted by Anna University & the Consortium.
